Should i get a losi desert truck or a traxxas slash?

I am also thinking about getting possibly a speedt or a rustler vxl or bandit vxl or getting the slash and making it brushless too. what is better the slash or the desert truck.

Geat Question! I run many R/C cars and trucks, and i asked myself the same thing. ok his, and lows

The Losi is quick, has lights, the back of the body is about as scale as it gets. a great basher. and comes 2.4 specktrum. noones on your channel! well unless you find a way to get more then 80 of them running together at the same time.

The Slash. is a real beater.they take a hit and just keep going, there brushless ready, and water proof! hehe! its been tested. it has many stampede as well as maxx parts. so hop- ups are easy acess.

downs, the Losi, has some parts that many places just dont carry, its a whole new design so its going to take time before all the shops get all the "common" break repairs in. the Slash can throw the spur gear, or even the shafts
i have both and run them hard, there is even stuff on you tube about them

what type of steering system do stadium truck RC cars like the Team Losi Micro T have?

The steering system allows the inside wheels to turn more than the outside wheel for circuit tracks. What type of steering is it?

It's just an off set steering linkage.It's done by using a round or very flat v shaped servo arm

I am very interested in playing RC vehicles. As a beginner, I would like to go for something electric. After browsing the internet, I found Team Associated RC18T 1/18 Truck and Team Losi 1/18 Mini-LST2 Monster Truck within my $budget. Could anyone give me a suggestion on choosing which of them? Why?

if your a beginner try the mini out .. athough its smaller and not as fast as the other it will teach you how to drive RC cars. later on when you have more money and have gotten better get the bigger one.. or check your local hobby store and ask what then what you should get .. its all on how much your gona spend

I had a Jr.T truck but there were several different ones. Whenever I saw the older losi trucks I could pick'em out easily because of the wheels and sometimes body. I believe on my truck it had losi on the shock towers. However, if you take it to a reputable hobby shop they would know. Been out of the R/C trucks to long to remember much.
